Lots more brass, this time the saddle and crosslide.
Note the unusual two part saddle, which I quite like, and the fact that the "nut" is in fact merely a tapped hole in one of those pieces, which I don't care for quite so much. Also, note the conventional style gibs, held in place with three setscrews. |
